  • Advanced Open Water or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 20 logged dives
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain during course)
  • Age 12 years minimum (Junior Rescue)
  • Excellent physical condition
  • Willing to practice rescue scenarios
